Vans x Quasi Epoch Sport Pro Shoes
Vans and Quasi have teamed up yet again and for their latest project Quasi have gone back to the 90's and chosen to re-work the Epoch Sport shoes, keeping the original athletic aesthetic and introducing premium material and newer technologies.
The Vans x Quasi Epoch Sport Pro Shoes arrive with a premium suede upper featuring Duracap reinforcement underlays for a hard-wearing skate shoe. Inside the shoe Vans have included their UltraCush HD sockliner for enhanced impact protection against those hard landings whilst offering great boardfeel with the grippy Vans original waffle outsole.
The cream upper is the back drop for a red, tumbled leather V logo on the side walls which matches the 'Off The Wall' rubber heel patch and we see a tonal, embroidered Quasi logo on the instep.
Original details which have been brought back to life on the updated Vans x Quasi Epoch Sport Pro Shoes include a white, woven tongue label, only previously seen on 90's models of the Sk8-Hi and a custom foxing tape featuring original 90's Osnaburg reinforcement.
The fit has been refined and updated but Vans and Quasi have kept the flat collar, large tongue and contoured toe cap as well as vintage cotton twill lining and all cotton laces.
